CAUSE CHEST PAIN

CAUSE CHEST PAINIn caring for patients with chest pain, the doctor determine whether the pain associated with a lack of oxygen to the heart muscle (such as angina or heart attack), or caused by other processes. Many consider conditions that can cause chest pain similar to that of a heart attack or angina. Examples include the following:
* Pleurisy (pleurisy)Inflammation of the lining of the lungs (pleuritis) causes a sharp chest pain, aggravated by deep breathing and coughing. Patients often noted shortness of breath, in part due to their shallow breathing to minimize chest pain. Viral infections are the causes of the most common of pleurisy. Systemic inflammatory conditions, such as systemic lupus, can also cause pleurisy.
* PericarditisPericarditis is an inflammation of the lining that surrounds the heart. The symptoms of pericarditis are similar to those of pleurisy.
* PneumoniaPneumonia (bacterial infection of the lungs) causes fever and chest pain. Chest pain in bacterial pneumonia caused by irritation or infection of the lung lining (pleura).
* Pulmonary embolismBlood clots in the veins is traveling from the pelvis or the legs to the lungs, a condition called pulmonary embolism. Pulmonary embolism can cause death of tissue (pulmonary infarction). Pulmonary infarction can lead to irritation of the pleura, causing chest pain similar to pleurisy. Some common causes of blood clots in the veins is deep vein thrombosis (a condition of prolonged immobile, recent surgery, trauma to the legs or pelvic infection).
* PneumothoraxSmall pockets in lung tissue (alveoli) can spontaneously rupture, causing pneumothorax. The symptoms of pneumothorax include chest pain sudden, severe, sharp, and shortness of breath. One common cause of pneumothorax is severe emphysema.
* Mitral valve prolapseMitral valve prolapse is a common heart valve abnormality, affecting 5% to 10% of the population. MVP is especially common among women aged between 20 and 40 years. Chest pain with MVP is usually sharp, but not severe. Unlike angina, chest pain with MVP rarely occurs during or after exercise, and usually will not respond to nitroglycerin.
* Aortic dissectionThe aorta is the main artery that deliver blood from the left ventricle (left ventricle) to the rest of the body. Aortic dissection (tearing of the aorta wall) is a life-threatening emergency. Aortic dissection causes chest pain and severe back and unrelenting. Young adults with aortic dissection usually have Marfan syndrome, inherited disease in which an abnormal form of a protein called collagen causes structural weakness of the aortic wall. Patients older typically developing aortic dissection as a result of chronic high blood pressure, in addition to hardening of the arteries (arteriosclerosis).
* CostochondritisRib fractures, muscle tension or spasm: Pain originating from the chest wall may be caused by muscle tension or spasm, costochondritis, or rib fractures. Chest wall pain is usually sharp and constant. He usually aggravated by movement, coughing, deep breathing, and direct pressure on the area. Muscle spasm and tension can result from twisting and bending the unusual and powerful. Joints between the ribs and cartilage adjacent to the sternum can become inflamed, a condition called costochondritis. Ribs are broken from trauma or cancer involvement can cause significant chest pain.
* Neural kejepit (Nerve Compression)Compression (emphasis) of the nerve roots by bone spurs-spurs (bone spurs) when they exit the spinal cord can cause pain. Nerve compression (syraf kejepit) can also cause weakness and numbness in the upper arms and chest.
* Shingles (herpes zoster infection of the nerves)Shingles is a nerve irritation from the infection, which can cause chest pain for days before the typical rash whatever arises.
* Spasm esophagus and refluxThe esophagus is a long tube that connects the mouth to the muscular stomach. Reflux, or vomited stomach contents and acid into the esophagus can cause heartburn and chest pain. Spasms of the muscle of the esophagus can also cause chest pain that can not be distinguished from chest pain caused by angina or a heart attack. The cause of esophageal spasm is unknown. The pain of esophageal spasm can respond to nitroglycerin in the same way as angina.
* Attack The bag Gall (Gall Stones)Gallstones can block the gallbladder or bile ducts and cause severe pain of the upper abdomen, back and chest. Gallbladder attacks can mimic the pain of angina and heart attacks.
* Fear and Panic Attack-AttackFear, depression, and panic attacks are often associated with chest pain that lasts from minutes to days. The pain can be sharp or dull. He is usually accompanied by shortness of breath, or the inability to take a deep breath. Emotional stress can aggravate chest pain, but the pain is usually not associated with exertion, and not relieved by nitroglycerin. These patients often breathe too fast (hyperventilate), causing dizziness, numbness, and tingling in the lips and fingers. Risk factors of coronary artery disease is typically not present in these patients. Since there is no test for panic attacks, patients with chest pain usually undergo tests to rule out coronary artery disease and chest pain causes others.

  1. I am bold enough among many others to state that there is now a potent cure to this sickness but many are unaware of it. I discovered that I was infected with the virus 3 months ago, after a medical check-up. My doctor told me and I was shocked, confused and felt like my world has crumbled. I was dying slowly due to the announcement of my medical practitioner but he assured me that I could leave a normal life if I took my medications (as there was no medically known cure to Herpes). In a bid to look for a lasting solution to my predicament, I sought for solutions from the herbal world.
